Pott puffy tumor (PPT) is an abscess of the subperiosteal os, frontalis. Frontalis often found in cranial osteomyelitis. Cranial osteomyelitis inflammatory process bones, mainly caused by pyogenic organisms. The most common cause developing countries paranasal sinusitis. One causes PPT infection frontal sinus. Intracranial complications are PPT, one which a cerebral lobe. In this case report, patient complained forehead swelling that spread to both upper eyelids. There history boils on left side since 3 weeks ago but was not treated medically. On physical examination, there no neurological deficit. initial action, aspiration results form pus. Based plain head CT scan and 3D skull obtained were appearance bone bone. underwent debridement craniectomy further therapy intravenous antibiotics. As follow-up examination pus culture anatomical pathology carried out, pathogenic germs.
